Mr. Haluk Sargin (Mechanical Engineer, METU) who is the founding partner and Director of RRWEC has more than 30 years of experience in energy related businesses. Before founding Red Rock West Energy Company (US), Mr. Sargin developed renewable energy projects and secured finances for American, Canadian, and Turkish energy companies’ projects in Turkey, Egypt and Jordan. He served as the country manager and consultant of American and Canadian Energy companies operating in renewable energy, thermal power plants projects development and natural gas production companies in Turkey. Mr. Sargin also served as the senior foreign economic relations of the Mayor of Azerbaijan.
He has supervised over 300 MW solar power plant projects as consultant and project manager in Turkey and abroad.

Since 2000, she has been working with her multi-disciplinary Istanbul based team to bring her reflection of thoughts to life.
Completed many residential, hospitality and commercial projects on project design, product design and project implementation.
